The ability to link an image to an item on the inventory allows the crew members to ensure they have documented the condition of the item by capturing an image of the item. This ensures that your crew members take the best care of an item as the condition of the item has been documented and they are not responsible for safely transporting that item.
If an image was uploaded originally from the web application, the image cannot be linked to an inventory item from the Crew Application. Only photos that were uploaded or taken from the Crew Application can be linked to an inventor item from the Crew Application. Any image that has a lock icon next to it cannot be linked from the application.
Link a Photo
Step 1: Navigate to the Photos section of the crew application for the opportunity that you need to remove the image from.
Step 2: Select the photo that you wish to link to an item in the inventory.
Step 3: From the image details screen, select the information icon.
Step 4: Navigate to the Link Item section on the slide out screen.
Step 5: Select Link Item.
Step 6: Select the inventory item that you want to link to the photo.
Note: To view items in a different room, select the room name and choose a different room from the drop-down menu.
Step 7: Click Save.
