Deleting a photo may be necessary from time to time if an image was added by mistake or needs to be recaptured. The crew is able to quickly complete this process directly from their Crew Applications.

Note: If an image is removed from the Crew Application the image will also be removed from the files and photos section of the opportunity in the web application.

If an image was uploaded originally from the web application, the image cannot be deleted from the Crew Application. Only photos that were uploaded or taken from the Crew Application can be deleted from the Crew Application. Any image that has a lock icon next to it cannot be deleted from the application.

First, navigate to the Photos section of the crew application of the opportunity that you need to remove the image from.

Next, select the photo that you wish to remove.

Then, from the photo details screen, select the trash can icon.

Finally, select Delete to confirm that you want to delete the selected photo.
