If you are unable to log into the SmartMoving Crew Application or you have forgotten your password, follow the steps below to directly update your password from the Crew Application.
Reset Your Crew Application Password
First, from the login screen select Forgot your password?
Then, enter your email address to have a link emailed to you that will allow you to reset your password for the Crew Application. This email address is the email address that your admin has entered in their Dispatch settings, and you use as your login to the Crew Application.
Next, select Send Reset Link.

Then, an email will be sent to the email address that you entered. From the email that was sent to you, follow the link provided to reset your password. Once you have reset your password, select Back to login to be brought to the log in screen where you may log into the Crew Application using your new password.
